What is our guarantee?

We guarantee all new glass and parts installed by our mobile installers for as long as you own your vehicle. This includes recalibration services of your vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). You must notify us within 30 days of discovering a defect to qualify for a warranty claim. Midwest Autoglass is not responsible for any damage that results from the vehicle owner’s delay in notifying us within that 30-day period.

You must provide Midwest Autoglass with the opportunity to inspect the vehicle damage in order for us to confirm the validity of any warranty claim. This warranty is valid only as long as you own the vehicle and is not transferrable to another owner or lessor. No other warranty, express or implied, applies.

What kind of glass do we use?

We use OEE (original equipment equivalent) glass to ensure your new glass meets or exceeds the quality of your vehicle’s original glass.

What are my out-of-pocket costs?

This can vary based on the terms of your insurance coverage and whether you plan to file a claim. Our knowledgeable customer service professionals will work with you to determine the best way to proceed with our stress-free claims process. We will confirm details of your coverage prior to scheduling an appointment with one of our mobile technicians.

Comprehensive coverage on your vehicle likely will waive the cost of windshield replacement as well as the recalibration of your forward-facing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Beyond that, you are responsible for paying your deductible for repair or replacement of any other window on your vehicle.

If you do not plan to file an insurance claim, our team will provide a cash quote and collect your credit or debit card information when you make an appointment. We will not charge you until the job is complete to your satisfaction.

Am I responsible for disposing of old or broken glass?

Our mobile technicians will take care of that for you as a regular part of our service. There is no extra charge. They will even remove any glass fragments from inside your vehicle when they are done.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Have the make, model, VIN number and location of your vehicle handy when you call. It also helps to have your insurance information ready if you plan to file an insurance claim so our customer service professionals can verify coverage. Our mobile installers will come to your location to complete the work.

We will collect your credit or debit card information when you make the appointment, but will not charge you until the job is complete to your satisfaction.
